Our bodies are made up of 70 percent water, which keeps the cells plump and healthy. When you are not taking in enough water, your body and skin get dehydrated which will make you feel and look shriveled.

Solution: Try hard to ensure that you are getting enough fluids during the cold season even when you do not feel like it. However be sure to avoid caffeinated drinks as they will make you lose even more water. Instead, opt for soups, water, decaf coffee and tea or herbal tea.
